Spiritually Guided Life Energy -- Reiki [pronounced ray-key] is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. Discovered by Dr. Mikao Usui in the early 1900s, Reiki is administered by laying on hands. However, it is not necessary to actually touch clients. Techniques such as this have been practiced for thousands of years. Reiki is a very simple, yet powerful technique that can be easily learned by anyone.
The class is a combination of lecture, discussion and experience with a guided meditation that introduces you to your Reiki guides wherein you receive healing and information. It provides the values and spiritual orientation of a true Reiki Master.
Instruction is given on the Usui system of attunements as well as attunement to Angel Reiki. Class time is also used for practice so the student becomes confident in administering Reiki attunements. Students practice giving attunements on each other so that each student receives many attunements. The Healing attunement is given and received by all students. A class manual is included to take home with you providing detailed steps for giving the attunements. While the content of the class will allow anyone to pass the ability to do Reiki on to others and to teach if one chooses, many take the class for their own use or to use with family and friends. This class is a powerful healing experience. These two classes may be taken separately, as appropriate.

This is a two-day intensive Reiki ART (Advanced Reiki Training) /III and Master/Teacher training for anyone who has taken Reiki 1st and 2nd Degree and is available to those who have studied with other teachers or schools. There are no other requirements. After taking ART/III & Master training, you will have the basic requirements necessary to teach all levels of Reiki as an independent Reiki Master and Practitioner.
