It's a peaceful day,
says the Unicorn to
Leo.
But will it last?
Asks the Lion.
In the corn.
In the middle
of a yawn.

No matter,
says Uni,
watching the swallows
in rapture.
It's not the length
of time that counts.
But the moment
we must capture.

Blind Vision

I am so tired of
living in a world
of people with
cluttered minds.
With no wish
to clear
the cobwebs.
Or look behind
to see
the others
who care.
Who try
to see
the ones
ahead.
Whose backs
are forever blind.

Feeling No Pain

A man is sitting next to me
making love to his Mary Jane.
And drowning in forbidden tea,
he's trying to forget his pain.

Love is a simple thing to give.
And what he really needs to know,
is how to run his life to live
and not to use his mind to blow.
